Shipping Policy

Return an Online Order

Returns can be made for up to 30 days after the ship date of your package. 

We now offer three convenient ways to make a return (see below for restrictions):

  1. Return for free in any of our store locations. To find a store near you, please click ourr.

  2. Return at any approved  Returns bar location for $4.95. See below for next steps.

  3. Return by mail for $10. See below for next steps.

Click here, fill in the information, and click Start Return. Please note for returns made after 30 days, the refund will be issued to an e-gift card, redeemable online and in-store.

RESTRICTIONS

▪️ No exchanges. Our fashion changes too quickly to keep enough stock.

▪️ Earrings, masks and women's underwear cannot be returned.

▪️ Swimwear can only be returned unworn with original tags intact and sanitary panel in place.  Swimwear cannot be returned in-store.

▪ ️You pay no shipping fees up front, but we will deduct $4.95 or $10 from your refund depending on the return method selected.

Return In-Store

You can return online orders in any of our stores; just bring the invoice included in your package and the credit card used to pay for your online purchase. Please note for returns made after 30 days, the refund will be issued to a merchandise return card, redeemable online and in-store.

RESTRICTIONS

▪️ Earrings, masks and women's underwear cannot be returned.

▪️ Swimwear can only be returned unworn with original tags intact and sanitary panel in place.  Swimwear cannot be returned in-store.

▪️ You can return Cash App, Catch, PayPal and Venmo in-store, but the refund will be in the form of store credit only. To be refunded back to your Cash App, Catch, PayPal or Venmo account, please follow the Return by Mail instructions above.
